How many Sonxplus stores are there?

Shipping and Delivery
When will my order be shipped?
Shipping depends on product availability in our warehouses. Items that are currently out of stock will be shipped as soon as they arrive from the manufacturer or distributor.
What are your shipping costs?
At Sonxplus, standard shipping is generally free for orders placed online.
However, additional fees may apply in certain cases, including:
- oversized items (e.g., televisions 55 inches and larger, furniture, etc.)
- deliveries more than 20 km from one of our stores
- certain addresses located in remote areas or areas with restricted access
In these situations, a member of our team will contact you after purchase to assess the delivery conditions, inform you of the applicable fees, and obtain your approval before any delivery.

How does delivery of large TVs work?
Televisions 55 inches and larger, as well as oversized items, require delivery by two technicians:
Oversized items and special conditions
Some items require special logistics (handling, access, distance).
In these cases:
- costs are assessed after purchase
- No delivery will be made without your prior consent.
- you can accept, decline, or adjust the order according to the options offered
